★★★★ - It was great, nutty with a chocolate taste however single origin house special is an unusual way to label. Essentially it changes each time they run out.

Start them at 8:30am and have them ready for lunch.

★★★★ - Lovely packaging solid espresso beans with a nice crisp taste.

★★★★ - Peruvian Coffee is great, Brazilian espresso was a little dark.

For everything you don't put Satay sauce on.

These are so good fresh. Ridiculously good for 10 minutes prep.

Add some roast potatoes to this. Carbs on carbs is always a good choice.

Hands down the best sourdough method however I would recommend actually baking in a dutch oven. Preheat the oven on full for an hour, bake with the lid on for about 17 minutes remove the lid and bake at 200°c for a further 15 to 20.

No hard work required, just time and a really hot oven.

★★★ - Lots of varieties, my favourites include No. 83 Peru and No. 55 Brazil.
